Victoria's Secret Weapon is Delta Galil, the largest textile company in Israel.  Delta's CEO, Dov Lautman, is a close associate of former prime minister Ehud Barak.  In 2004, Lautman helped write Israel's Free Trade Agreement with Egypt.

The website "Shop Israel in the Bay Area", http://www.israelemb.org/sanfran/shop/clothes/delta.htm, maintained by the Israeli Consulate General in San Francisco, says, "Most of the cotton bras in Victoria's Secret and some of the cotton panties in Victoria's Secrets are made by Delta Galil Industries. To be on the safe side, look for a 'Made In Israel' label."  But these days, if you look for the Made in Israel label, you probably won't find it.  Lautman has moved most of his jobs to cheaper labor states in the Arab world, Asia, Latin America, and even Italy.
